Coronavirus Update

Update from our Managing Director 28th April 20

I trust you and your family are safe and well.

Further to my previous update reference COVID-19 the temporary closure of our retailers, I wanted to provide you with the latest update on our current situation.

As announced on Thursday the Government have extended the current lockdown restrictions to continue until at least 11th May 2020. Therefore, our retailers will remain temporarily closed until then.

We are however, able to offer essential Service & Maintenance work only during this period. Please contact us between 9am & 4pm Monday – Friday, on 0330 107 3900 or by emailing where one of our team will discuss your needs.

We hope to open up more locations over the coming weeks, however, currently are able to provide the above at the following location:

If you have a new motorcycle on order and we were unable to organise collection prior to the shutting of our sites, please rest assured that you will be contacted as a matter of priority to organise a suitable collection date as soon as we reopen.

We thank you for your understanding.

Stay safe.

Kind Regards,

Paul Hrachovec
Managing Director

Update from our Managing Director

Temporary closure of our showrooms

Dear Customer,

Following advice from the UK Government and to ensure the welfare of our loyal customers and staff members, all of our retailers will be temporarily closed until further notice.

Please note if you have a vehicle on order which you were due to collect you can do so on a strictly by appointment/pre-agreed basis only until COB Thursday 26th March.

Our Aftersales departments will make sure every effort is made to complete all work that is currently with us and aim to return vehicles to all customers where possible by COB Thursday 26th March.

Whilst we find ourselves, in uncharted territories we are reacting on a daily basis to the UK Governments actions, and we are currently trying to work on a possible option to see if we are able to open a limited number of workshops specifically to help ensure that keyworkers’ vehicles stay safely on the road. We will be in touch as soon as have any developments.

I would like to thank our customers and colleagues for their support over the last few weeks as we have together navigated our way through this challenge.

If you would like to follow our progress, we will use our social media & news pages on our websites to keep you updated on everything our teams are doing to support their communities.

We hope you keep safe during these uncertain times and we look forward to welcoming you back to your local retailer in the not so distant future.
